Please contact us immediately if you find Xiao broken in parcel when you receive it.we use strong PVC tube to package Xiao.

Remark:  Each Xiao has its own color (because it is made of nature purple bamboo),The carved calligraphy text is random.

Maintenance method: prevent big temperature and humidy change in short time, specail in cold dry Winter.
